Space Cast is a music and art exchange project created in response to the isolation and disconnection we faced in Melbourne during the COVID-19 pandemic. This not for profit project aims to connect and support local artists, exploring the idea of space through music and art in an online platform.

Space Cast showcases a mix series and visual art from myself and other local artists living in and working in Victoria. Each mix is paired with a visual artist to create a response to the music. The visual response is then available to purchase online as limited edition prints (25 editions), with all profits from sales going directly to the artists involved in the release. The artwork featured here is the artwork I have created for the project.

Space Cast has a focus on ambient, experimental, minimal and downtempo music, exploring ideas of space, stillness, isolation, disconnection and connection, slowing down, exploring the subconscious and the innate relationship between music and art. The aim is to slow down, chill out, tune in and tune out.
